HAV go back to prior SHL in FEB he said the same thing
about shipping product to 2nd PL. So I don't think that's
the issue with launching the 2nd PL its always been about
r the ADs ready and whats the BEST TIMING to release the
them for Biggest bang for buck and Bottom line

APRIL 1st begins Distracted Driving Awareness month
when MANY independent organizations will be bringing
awareness to the issue so 1st week of APRIL is the
PERFECT TIME for 2nd PL to launch and I'm sure
they r well aware of this.
