If I were to guess...they got their 8% vig for the year & probably sold enough of their conversions to break even by now...& will sell the rest into next move north, which "should" be next week. Could've been them whacking the SHL the other day...or it could've been our next door knuckleheads...or both...just hope it wasn't any "investor" type people bailing too soon.
