again imo but if it was the term sheet input filed in the K that came out AH's on the 11th of September 2018 .. that triggered NRs' *volume* and evermore relentless PPS compression of IPIX underway on 9.12.18 .. and if memory serves 20 is the number re: CDA/NDA/s in play then .. it is quite possible that many have been narrowed down to few if not one
it's is also clear (and has been imo) that mgmt is following a very defined sequence re: news releases in 2019
