It's a FACT that the DOJ under the control of LORETTA LYNCH told the FBI to call the investigation a "MATTER", and not to let the "MATTER" go to far!
As I posted - JW doesn't have to indict. Fitton can take his evidence to Congress and they can order a criminal referral or grand jury.
