As far as SWS & Keer, here's a link to the company, IONICS, where Keer was involved with that eventually sold their water treatment business to G.E. for $44 per share. I'm not saying that SWS will get to that same price, but it is a testament to the man who will be leading SWS. I'm looking forward to getting my shares in SWS.
