Waivers are given to companies all the time on varying aspects of uplisting, positive shareholder equity is always the toughest, Generex is not a shell it's a 23 year old public company with much in assets, revenue, potential revenue, new revenue (Olaregen), everything else in my opinion is easy from here, 2.3 years ago no one believed Generex was turnaroundable!
