I think if they were not planning on using it for all, they would not wait on the test results. If they can predict ccr5 density very accurately, this may also eliminate the failures. Maybe most of those that failed at 700mg, was above the upper-limit bounds of some density number. If they find a definite pattern with these failures, this could conceivably push 700mg to 95%+ IMO.
