Put this in the for what its worth category - there is a poster over on Yahoo who says he called Joe yesterday after the 10Q came out (Scot). Per the conversation with Joe, the revenues were light because they only incorporated the MSO portion of Veneto, since the deal has not closed. Supposedly, the revenues are there and will show accordingly when the deal is done.
Also, the G&A increase was a one time hit, based on "cleaning house" at the acquired companies (maybe some of the more recent posters here?). Joe is still optimistic, says it will just take time and the positive shareholder equity is an important step that has been accomplished.
You can check it out over on Yahoo - he posted yesterday. Since I am still not completely clear on how Veneto, the MSO, the pharmacies, etc all fit, I don't know if this is accurate or not. I suspect Doc, RJS or TC will have a better handle on this, so again, take it for what its worth.
