One "word", FOMO. There seems to be enough hope, potential, opportunity, and trust in Mgmt left for most shareholders not to sell. Just an uplisting alone should give us a nice pop. Once uplisted we should get more visibility (and better access to capital). However, we are still a lotto ticket imho. Speaking of, there seems to be a lot more "lotto tickets" for me to buy on the Ask then before the 10Q (with my wife's retirement account money of course).
