hey beasley, not sure. The exchange says it needs to be, however that may be for new companies going public. Since GNBT has been around, was on NASDAQ years ago, now has over the $5M shareholder's equity, has revenues, maybe there is a loophole.
However it could be that maybe we have institutional investors that will invest working capital into GNBT for shares and that would bring the share price up for the uplist.
