one more reason to select top tier investors at this stage. I do not know if there are some restrictions on the warrants, but in any case we want investors that will keep their shares for the long run
note that warrants will be tradeable on their own (VERBW) at some point. Company might well sell new ones in the future (pretty standard operation for the big corporates to which we strive to belong)
