Lumberg wrote on the MMTE Ijunk board today: If the MMTE/CLIL concessions/assets are transferred to, say, Willy's copper mining company in Canada, and the perpetual hold on foreign mining operations in Chile... how does this benefit anyone? A very sincere and respectful question. I could understand if these concessions were sold to a Chilean company already mining there, but if Chile doesn't want to play with the rest of the world, this looks good on paper but the financial spreadsheet will still show no mining, no money and only concession assets. And this would most likely include copper, potash, lithium, snozzelberries or apple pies. Neither company has money to mine. Perhaps I'm overlooking the obvious but as the old saying goes, no money, no honey.

Excellent post Lumberg. However, in my opinion, you are giving the mythical merger far too much credence. The 8K TTXP filed made it clear that William does not intend to mine the copper, and Lazerson hasn't had the money to even do a resource study, so what will TTXP and MMTE have? Nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing.
