no you file to Finra because it's NR (non retail)
.. the MMs' .. who are reporting this *factually incorrect* data to Finra
Finra *relies* on NR to be *correct* in their *reporting*
that is why i noted (because i do track my investments)
when there was a significant discrepancy on another OTC target
that also remains a 10 year *survivor* .. (i called Finra directly)
it was corrected (discrepancy) .. but it took a few weeks to do so
