Image what the Management team is going through with this reverse split when a large part of their pay was based on stock options and they cannot buy or sell during this blackout period.

At least outside investors have the option of selling or buying whichever they choose. Management cannot buy or sell shares until out of the blackout period which is in May.

People at corporate know what's coming. I'm sure they'd absolutely LOVE to buy right now, or even post split if the pps drops temporarily because the bargain is HUGE. I'll be extremely happy to add to my stack.
