I don't think your are understanding what Kay is saying....SFOR or KAY does NOT control dilution on notes.....that is up to the noteholder's discretion. SFOR already got the noteholder's money 6-12+ MONTHS AGO.
He's Not saying "dilution will or won't stop tomorrow or next week or it will"
He 's saying dilution can occur from time to time because it's up to the noteholder...NOT Strikeforce.
What Kay is saying is the noteholder they are dealing with is friendly and only converts from time to time and usually in reasonable amounts.
