I think before we can definitively view the SWS share distribution as a positive to ANDI shareholders we need to know how many shares outstanding SWS will have when it begins trading.
If there are any more than say 10MM shares outstanding when SWS begins trading, or they dilute the shit out of it shortly after it begins trading, then we as ANDI shareholders didn't get such a great deal.
Like seemingly everything with ANDI only time will tell.
