ANDI is not helping SWS do anything. The Investment Banker is. As a matter of fact, the Investment Banker is probably controlling everything with SWS in order for them to invest. No doubt, SWS staying on-board ANDI would be the best deal but getting shares in SWS is still a good option also. Definitely worth staying for IMHO. GLTA!
