If you want to look at perfection, unless a clock is tied to the atomic clock that is the standard for the right time, a clock that keeps nearly perfect time is never right. It's either ahead of, or behind the atomic clock, at it remains there. I'm always amazed that people will pay a tremendous premium for a watch with a big name that often is less accurate than the cheapest quartz movements you can buy. I probably replace watches in 5 years or less on average, not because they no longer work, but rather because they look worn and need a new battery, or some minor repair. I know my cell phone provides accurate time, but still like having a wrist watch.

Perhaps the day will come where 100 shares of OWCP can buy you a new Rolex, but even if that were the case, I'd probably use one share to buy a cheap quartz watch that resembled the Rolex.
