I reread. King's concern is warranted then IMHO because dilution is dilution. Regardless of the "friendly hands" the OS figure is seen rising by potential SFOR investors. That's a matter of logical concern in their minds. King also has then another valid point. After the recent fall in pps, many are in too deep to easily extract themselves easily from financial loss at this point. Much depends on Mark bringing home the bacon no later than the 2Q19 fins! Time will tell.
