as of 2013 the sec says a company can use social media such as twitter face book etc as a news source if all share holders now were to find it and are told were to find it. . every one says were is the company web site it is his twitter he lets everyone that wants the news in there just go to the company web page http://on4inc.com/ it takes you to the twitter page . so yes he is letting eveybody know were to go for the news of the company
