March 29th or April 5th that's my guess for the announcement.
I'm not sure how long after the announcement it takes 2 have the reverse take effect...
But that's two dates isn't it.
My guess would be for a thousand to one reverse... or a hundred to one reverse. But I think the first one is along the lines of what should or will happen.
5 million strong and waiting for it to be 50,000 strong or five hundred thousand strong.
