So you pick on Joe for typos and context that doesn't make sense! Yeah, you might want to proofread too.
How is he not a man of his word? He is. If someone tried to take advantage and deceive, that is not him being a man of his word, it is them. So, per the filing, they are going to renegotiate the purchase price down. I'd say that is a man that knows what he is doing and not letting someone take advantage of him. If that is a horrible CEO, then we need more like him.
