Yeah, "the timing of it was bad" but IMHO Mark didn't have a choice. Remember he stated "I don't control when we get paid". IMHO delayed payment forced his hand. I don't feel "stabbed in the back". I realize it takes money to make money and I trust Mark. Like with the Feds, I expected delays. For the Feds, CRs & a shutdown. For DSS, admin time. Just another reason I am focused on the 2Q19 fins not the 1Q19's. These issues should be resolved by then & substantial cash flow starting.
