to see what the O/S is by this Friday. I suspect we have
3 more wks of dilution to APRIL 15 buyback time b4 it stops.
However if CEO PRs the VINAFILMS AUDIT b4 APRIL 15
the stock will go higher anyway because of BUYING pressure
even if dilution hasn't completely stopped yet.
