Admin at iHub just removed posts calling out MXAMDUD for fraudulently claiming a contact in the CTIX sales department provided him with a summary of the Prurisol results. His defense was that his fraudulent guess was right in the end but that misses the point...
"It wasn't whether you were right or wrong about the data. It was that you claimed you had a CTIX insider feeding you trial data results.
Apart from your normal insinuations, you expressly declared as a fact that you were given insider information by a contact within the company. This was untrue, unless you can produce evidence of it, and it helped to erode confidence in the integrity of the company and its ability to properly handle confidential data."
Not to mention all the trading he claimed to do in the weeks surrounding the comment.
It looks like the original fraud post was deleted as well.
