I do have an understanding of the equity share component of the ICO because George replied to my question about it.
George confirmed that it would come into play if/when Blocksafetech ever is bot out or goes public.
My take on this is that it functions like a share of stock in a 'normal' (non-digital) company.
Note that George did raise the possibility of going public, which was new, at least to me.
