Greets all - sorry I've been MIA but had a health set-back that hospitalized me for 8 days. It all just compounded.
I had a scheduled annual at VA so went in for blood-work a week prior and received a call from VA prior to my appointment to get in right away as I was anemic and bleeding inside so I came in and scheduled tests with GI.
I also developed a major gout flare-up in big toe so was on crutches the day i went in for my annual. The VA had a lotta VIP"s that day so parking was at a premium - had to hobble in a long ways on my crutches so was winded when I sat down in lobby. While waiting I was on my phone and opened up OTC page and saw RMHB had gone over 2B shares. I was pissed -mad - angry as had been told that wouldn't happen. I went into nurses office for vitals my BP was OK but pulse was 168 - they to me in back hooked me up on a machine and determined I was in A fib - spent next 8 days in hospital getting all resolved and under control. they found the cause of my bleeding was AVM's in lower bowel - very rare and usually in brain - appears was born this way and was also lucky it was caught - my hemoglobin count had dropped from 11 to under 6
After I was home and share-count was above 2.05B I wrote a pissed off e-mail on the 18th to a BOD member.

WTF are y'all doin??? Ya - damn near killed me

I noticed that the R/S came about on the 19th. I like many here was miffed at why the r/s happening Now as I was expecting that later in our growth cycle to R/S to get us to a price to satisfy an Upgrade to the Russell or Nasd exchange. In retrospect I see the reasoning of doing it now - which does open us up to a different type of investor as well as sooner to make connections with financial insti's that we'll need going forward to achieve the projected growth that's just off our horizon.
I am still wholeheartedly (no pun intended) of the belief that HEMP'd will become a leader in the CBD market that's projected to reach 22B by 2023. If we can gain traction and gain 2.5% of that market that puts us at 500mm and let's remember CBD's are just a part of the branding that the RMHB umbrella will be covering as we forge forward.
IMHO any decline from here will be quickly tempered and reversed as the signed contracts and actual FUNDS start hitting our banks. Ironically I'll be flying home from Dallas on April 3rd the day it goes into effect.
The one concern I have is once this goes thru on April 3rd - will they be filing a shelf reg for more shares to be sold after the R/S.. Just by rough math even at a penny a share they were selling at - that was 1mm cash per 100mm shares sold so they best have a nice reserve now to carry them into full production as we've gone from 750mm shares with grissafi's con days - to over 2b now
I have a lot more thoughts but will reserve them till my return from Texas. Am extremely grateful for the excellent Dr's and staff at the VA that did a fine medical job with me. My life was spared by their quick work when i went into A fib fortunately at a hospital. I also attribute it to stress/pressure from family and friends that are also involved in RMHB big time.
I have a Dr's appointment this afternoon and expect a clean bill of heath to fly tomorrow. I'm looking forward to a great Nascar race - good blues - good food and a good meet with Corp during my stay. I believe the Good Lord shined down on me and is going to let me see RMHB grow like a weed - till we are involved with weed as Doug alluded to over the next few years
