Thank you John for all the work. It’s my guess Berman knew the real reason for the yield sign when he tweeted the explanation on March 11th that OTCMarkets was expecting payment. Didn’t have the issue resolved by the 15th so delayed Q1 until after trading hours on the 18th to buy more time. Then delayed shareholder letter until the issue was resolved. Just an opinion.


Once again Berman created his own mess that now valuable time must be spent to clean-up. He needs to decide if he’s going to be a salesman or CEO. Needs to surround himself with competent people. Needs to listen to shareholders when they bring up concerns.
