SWS will issue shares to Andiamo.... then it is up to Andiamo to decide how much is a "majority" to distribute to us shareholders if and when it happens. Some will stay with Andiamo in its "treasury" as an asset.

Who knows how this is gonna play out. I hope for the best of all of us. I really hope Andiamo has our best interests at heart and doesn't keep a high stake in treasury and do a crazy 1 for something scenario.

The timeline to aquire the 2nd target better not take another year of our time...

I hope for all our sakes that SWS has its pants on right and can actually make legit moves. Not holding my breath till it happens.... I might die. Showtime starts Friday for target #1. Get r dun.
