that is the second quarter. if you are talking about the 450,000 shares in the 1-a they are still in the a/s not the o/s as they have not been issued yet. the o/s is correct untill the shares are moved from the a/s to the o/s witch is the dilution everyone talks about . there is no dilution until shares are taken from the a/s and moved to the o/s.
