the totals in the report are from the first q of 2019 . the first q is from nov 1st -jan 31 . the 1.4 billion share reduction was done in the second quarter of 2019 witch is feb 1 - april 31. the tird q will be from may 1 - july 31 . the 4quarter or fisacl year end is aug 1 - oct 31 end of fiscal year.

so with that said you will see the share reduction in the 10k for the second quarter of 2019.
