The O/S should be 3,332,271,172 instead of 3,105,705,518 then with 1-A filed 450,000,000 : 3,555,705,518.
Audit don't fix everything except it settles all concerns about the revenue being true or not, a lot want invest here till its done and to me it puts the Company on solid ground to build from JMO
I'm one that believes it needs done, I know he states no R/S but unless some things change in the share structure it will eventually have to be done, JMO
