I don't know but there were about 2.5B shares released at the .00009 level back in March 2017. They are all dumping them now at .0001. I bailed out with just commission loss. If one wants to play with .0001 stocks, there are several other good picks available. Such a shame they couldn't let this one run. Too many issued now.
