Per my discussion with Ben Bunker last year he no longer represents Otc. No charges against him but on OTC Prohibited list. Perhaps he doesn’t want to pay or deal with OTC drama.
Srmx has a $1.7m 3(A) they are hoping their $900k 1A filing fills and they can pay it in full.
Since we bought up Lam shares, Allen Bailey should have brought up to Steve 1 year half ago. Bottom line we are more profitable than Srmx which has until 2014 until Sprint does full roll out on 5G, so it ain’t moving with that and 3(A).
