Kidd don't know about people calling management liars but I do believe the share holders deserve an explanation as it is their shares and money involved and it would have taken 10 - 15 minutes to draft a PR to the share holders regarding this matter and probably would have headed off all the reaction on the board and all the e:maiils you are referring too.
