Most here seem to think the Billionaire Dealership owner could be the one buying the 450,000,000 shares if this is true then I believe the AUDIT could be in the works now, because to acquire that amount of money you didn't just play around an now that you have it you aren't going to throw down the rabbit hole for fun of it.
