My opinion is that they should move on..this will make company focus on revenues and sales and not be considered a patent play anymore. I am awaiting next Q to hopefully be very strong to uphold our current SH price avd expecting the Q to have juicy forward looking statements. Concentrating on lawsuits has been detrimental.
