$VRUS was/is a very unique opportunity with first class management and should have never been this low but for previous management mistakes. All that resolved, now VRUS has big time investors like Andrew Garnock and global distribution, non-dilutive financing, etc.
I will look closer at UPZS this weekend but at a glance I can see they are actively diluting, have virtually no assets and dwindling revenues.
