Everyone needs to settle down..
1 for 20 is actually a small split.
I am sure there will be a PR on Monday announcing the decision and probably temper it with some good news.
With our bad SS We had 2 options.
1- buy back shares with new financing or cash on hand
2- RS
so we RS.. a small one too. we will have about 100 mill shares outstanding . puts us in good position , with great sales , to move up quickly . to be a real company.. not some company that went from .006 to 5 cents but maybe 10 cents to multiple dollars. it will attract way more investment interest at those prices and with the new Share structure
with that said ..they need to be more transparent in the future .
many,most investors are pissed off and some recent rah rah mod posts also ate a bit of a concern since I am sure they were aware of it also..
