. Shareholder is unknown and has no relationship to the World Financial Holding Group
LTD as the shares were issued prior to the current control party’s ownership. The
Company is controlled by way of the Preferred A share held by Mr. Junrong Yin.
Therefore, if there is a Corporate Shareholder vote necessary TRX Fund Co’s vote is
not needed. The Company is currently attempting to locate anyone associated with
TRX Fund Co.
They are holding over $4 Million worth of stock.. Insane
