not disagree with you Bruce.. it's harsh reality that we have to accept..
there's goes my 50/50 chance of expecting more details next week.

Per Hirsch's email..
"We have announced a potential reverse split, but we have not put a definitive proposal to the shareholders yet."
I expected this any ratio up to 500 is not to be the definitive proposal.
doesn't make sense NOT to release the definitive proposal before the 4/4 voting..
How can mgmt expect shareholders to vote for any ratio up to 500? in good faith? with the definitive RS proposal... PPS will continue on a down trend due to uncertainty.
1 to 100 probably put the majority current holders out of money..break even might be in jeopardy.
