This is a VERY good question , and this was the first thing I was thinking about ..
For now I will think that they should use twice a week injection ( minimum every 4 days , the half life of 700 mg dose ) for the first few weeks , minimum 3 weeks , maybe even I will give first month..
They will most probably need to do new study here to evaluate that ..
