This effort was supported by Singapore's Cyber Security Agency (CSA). Last March SingTel established the country's first regional security hub. Just bear those developments in mind RE: DSS deal. Remember, SingTel is Asia's largest telecom provider. Their CEO has led them over the past couple of years to become a major cyber security provider for customer applications such as on line banking.
