I just filed a complaint (even though the form is designed more as a complaint about your brokerage firm)I instead listed Nite,Cdel,Etrf and Paul.
Complaint referred to Manipulation of SP for last 4+years.Bid and Ask quantities not changing to reflect trades.
Wash and short trades to simulate volume.
Consistently reducing the SP over 4+ years despite successful clinical trials and NO negative news from IPIX during that 4 year period.
Manipulating the Bid and Ask to contain the SP within a obvious predetermined price range.
Also I did not file anonymously.
