this is one reason why NR foams @ the documentation
who would know otherwise when MM PAUL first showed on IPIX?
who would know that MM PAUL's requisite 5000 size showing never adjusts
if actually hit .. and not just for one trade .. but 100s to say nothing of the chronic UC'ing (undercutting) on the ask
Retail can file a complaint with Finra .. specific to:
Manipulation of security price or volume
if enough Innovation Pharma investors do this (has to be several filing in same time frame) ..what happens is Finra
will *observe* IPIX's *trades* for about a week (back room observation from query)
it may not seem like much .. but it tends to relo *serial MM abusers* at least for the week of observation ..
