Just got off the phone with a CVS store manager in Meriden CT. I was in there yesterday asking for the Actipatch and unfortunately they didn't have it. The manager told me to go to the CVS website under customer comments if I wanted action. He said the website is looked at and they take immediate action, for example he said if someone has a complaint on the website they hear about it in 20 minutes. He also said that the website is looked at by upper management and is a useful tool they use to see where needs are and what consumer demand is. He also explained that they have " testing teams " that analyze consumer demand for test products. The comments to the website go directly to the testing teams and have a huge influence on their decision to keep or expand the product. If EVERYONE would go the CVS website get a store # and explain how useful Actipatch is and demand Actipatch, IT WILL HAVE AN IMPACT and hopefully we will have FULL ROLL OUT a whole lot sooner !
