Cancellation of the offering was a Great Move, given "market conditions."
Hoss, I would wait a week or so for the full explanation in the Annual Report due April 1 this year. Then interested parties will get the full explanation of "market conditions" and you can go back to making statements about Mr. Berman and DECN that will survive on message boards because the statements will end with a question mark.
With the Annual Report due next week I do not believe the company will put out news release so beloved by stock traders.
