The stock may be delisted and shares nullified in as early as a year if the owner of the entity does not publish disclosures to the SEC, State of Incorporation, and/or OTC Markets. The only thing that might help TPAC is a small reverse split and a new direction. (But filings are necessary to offset the negative banter and SEC complaints).
