I was very pleasantly surprised to see buying from the opening bell. I half expected there would be some selling based on the small raise, but there was very little. There was only a penny and a half trading range again today which is tightening the Bollinger Bands.
Obviously we do not know which way the break will come when it does finally bust out of the Bollinger Bands but fundamental evidence leads one to believe (not sure what Fine would say) that it will be north ward.
