I don't think Pluto meant that DECN wants to be snatched up for pennies. I think he meantan entity is trying to do that and the companyKB is moving to prevent that.
It's obviously not in the best interest of those who worked at putting together all the new products to turn it over for a pittance.
From the buyer's side of course they'd like to get it for a song and dance.
In any event, what DECN is doing seems to be getting noticed. That says a lot.
